Hi there,
Can anyone tell me the easiest and safest way of upgrading from version
2.0.3 to 2.1.0 on Ubuntu? Don't seem to find many threads on upgrading. Can
I just install the new files over the old ones for example.
Thanks ahead for your help.
cheers,
Mark

Hi Mark,
You can use GAST. See the manual for more on GAST which is embedded with the installation. You have to stop both the old and the new GeoNetwork and use GAST to migrate.
There's a start up script in the bin directory to start GAST (which is a standalone application).
Hope this helps,
Ciao,
Jeroen
