[GeoNetwork-users] How do I use sub-templates?

I understand that sub-templates can be used to copy some repetitive elements into the metadata.
But how do I use it in GeoNetwork 2.1?
1- How should I create a subtemplate?
2- How do I insert the content of the subtemplate into the metadata?
3- How can I modify a subtemplate?
Thanks,
Jean-François Meunier
P.S. I too would like to see some hierarchy in the metadata (using xlinks)

Hi,
Sub Templates are non-functional at this stage in version 2.1 and unfortunately have not been properly hidden from view in the user interface :frowning:
We have to make sure they are hidden even better in v2.2. I hope they come back fully functional in future releases though.
Ciao,
Jeroen
