Now I need to customize the geonetwork/web/geonetwork/xml/csw/capabilities.xml. I found that there were many variables in this file, such as $HOST:$PORT$SERVLET,$TITLE,$ABSTRACT..... Where can I costomize them? or where do they get the value from?

Hi Lizhi
In Administration > System configuration you can set CSW information
(contact, title, abstract, ...) and the server information for host and
port.
