Thanks
For subtemplates, if you don't have a template in index mode (eg. https://github.com/metadata101/iso19115-3/blob/3.4.x/src/main/plugin/iso19115-3/index-fields/index->subtemplate\.xsl\#L75<https://github.com/metadata101/iso19115-3/blob/3.4.x/src/main/plugin/iso19115-3/index-fields/index->subtemplate\.xsl\#L75>\) matching the root element of the type of your subtemplate, it need further work. In ISO19115-3, we have CI_Responsibility which could contains >CI_Organisation (which may have CI_Individual) or CI_Individual.
CI_Responsibility
Appears in “Directory Manager”
works fine
They do work from the record creation interface
MD_Format
Appears in “Directory Manager” with blank labels
work from startup, but have no labels: so it’s a bit tricky to select the correct snippet when adding to a record
Can add entries after startup
They do work from the record creation interface
CI_Individual & CI_Organisation
Appears in “Directory Manager” with blank labels
work from startup, but have no labels: so it’s a bit tricky to select the correct snippet when adding to a record
cannot add entries after startup
They do work from the record creation interface
CI_Address
Appears in “Directory Manager” with blank labels
work from startup, but have no labels: so it’s a bit tricky to select the correct snippet when adding to a record
cannot add entries after startup
They do work from the record creation interface
CI_Contact
Cannot see directory at all
An issue I see, is that xlink mode will not work easily on this as you could create an organisation with different sets of individual and for this to be supported the xlink should track the list of individuals to add.
I am instantiating them in the record XML, not as xlink references
Maybe we could progress step by step on this.
If I start adding into index-subtemplate.xml
ISSUE: causes GN to crashWhen, on stratup ?
Yes on startup
on indexing ?
Don’t get that far
I have attached a XML file with the additional index fields required.
I would appreciate it if you could identify where I went wrong.
NOTE I have split the MD Constraints into the three specialisations as the labels should come from different parts for each
Cheers
