Hi
I am a new french user of GeoNetwork, and I try version 3.0.0.0, installed
by default on H2 DB (I would install GN on MySQL, but it is another
problem...).
For the moment, I have added a first test record, but it is very slow to
display, particular in edit mode.
I note my test record had a lot of strange fields in Reference System
Information : many many EPSG fields, with different values (all
available?). Maybe it is the problem, but is very slow...
My test catalog is here : http://ccwbvps01.in2p3.fr:8080/geonetwork
GeoNetwork is on a Centos 7 VM , Apache, Tomcat (I am not an expert, and I
have just the SSH acces.
I add in attachment a screenshot of Tomcat memories, because I think it is
not "standard", and I have already changed *JAVA_OPTS* in the *tomcat.conf*
file.
What do you think about this low speed ?
Thank you

Hi,

search and displaying the default view of the record looks pretty fast but
when displaying the full metadata content (with 5851 coordinate system
references !) is a bit slower. The HTML page produced by the formatter is

so it takes times to generate/render and it will be even worse with the
editor. Maybe encoding the CRS information should be improved in that case.
Cheers.

Yes but, how ?
It is not me which had put this 5850 CRS, it appears suddenly without
reason ...

Weird ! so it's probably part of the metadata record.
