is there in Geonetwork some kind of list or xslt to match OGC WMS metadata with INSPIRE metadata for services?

Hi Olaf,
Yes there is. OGC GetCapabilities documents can be converted by GeoNetwork into Service and Data metadata that is ISO19115/19119 compliant. You can use this by setting up a harvesting task from an OGC W*S service. The resulting metadata are stored in the GeoNetwork catalog.
