Yesterday I tried importing approximately 200k MEF files from a single
folder. Things were going well, though I measured importing at about 1 hour
for each 10k MEFs. I left the importing running.
Today, when I tried went to check progress, there was the following message
on screen:
*
The requested operation could not be performed.
OutOfMemoryError : Java heap space
*
Ok. Seemed like I was trying to import too many files at once. Problem is, I
now can't login anymore:
*
The requested operation could not be performed. NullPointerException
*
Checking server logs, I found:
*
ERROR [jeeves.engine] - Resource : main-db
ERROR [jeeves.engine] - Provider : jeeves.resources.dbms.DbmsPool
ERROR [jeeves.engine] - Exception : java.lang.RuntimeException: IO Error:
File corrupt: last_area_pointer at the end of the file.
ERROR [jeeves.engine] - Message : IO Error: File corrupt:
last_area_pointer at the end of the file.
ERROR [jeeves.engine] - Stack : java.lang.RuntimeException: IO Error:
File corrupt: last_area_pointer at the end of the file.
*
Does anyone have experience with this?
How can I get around it?
