Hello, im writing on behalf of a working group of students from Computer
Science of the Universidad del Valle de Guatemala. We are currently
developing a clearinghouse node for the course Electronic Information
Management. For this reason, we want to use the GeoNetwork software. As part
of this process we need to define a metadata scheme to represent the
metadata standard we use in the GIS department. Where can i get information
on how to create and implement a new scheme of metadata?
