[GeoNetwork-users] missing typeName and outputSchema for FGDC and DC in GetCapabilites

GeoNetwork Users,

I'm exploring the GetCapabilities response after a standard install
and I notice that the FGDC and DC Templates/Schemas are not included
in the typeName and outputSchema parameters.

For the following request:
GET /geonetwork/srv/en/csw?SERVICE=CSW&REQUEST=GetCapabilities&ACCEPTVERSIONS=2.0.2&SECTIONS=ServiceIdentification,ServiceProvider,OperationsMetadata,Filter_Capabilities&ACCEPTFORMATS=text/xml
HTTP/1.1
The values are:
      <ows:Parameter name="typeName">
        <ows:Value>csw:Record</ows:Value>
        <ows:Value>gmd:MD_Metadata</ows:Value>
      </ows:Parameter>

      <ows:Parameter name="outputSchema">
        <ows:Value>http://www.opengis.net/cat/csw/2.0.2&lt;/ows:Value&gt;
        <ows:Value>http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&lt;/ows:Value&gt;
      </ows:Parameter>

Should they be included there? Or is there something with the 2.0.2
spec that precludes this?
