Dear all,
I have created a new mailing list that will receive automated messages generated by the GeoNetwork CVS versioning system.
The messages will display the changes as they have been made (and committed) to source code of the software. This is useful for anyone that wants to follow what's going on in the source code and is also useful for committers as they do not have to communicate separately on everything they do.
The messages will (should) display the comments made by the committer as well as the differences in the code that were committed.
The list is not intended for discussions, these should take place on the developer mailing list. The list has been configured to automatically send reply headers of emails to point to the developer mailing list.
You can subscribe to the mailing list at the following address: geonetwork-commit List Signup and Options
I would like to do the same for the InterMap versioning system, making sure that the messages are clearly distinguished from the GeoNetwork CVS ones. Any comments/ objections to that?
I hope this proves useful.
Ciao,
Jeroen
