Hi!
A GN 3.10 instance that has been working perfectly suddenly fails to start.
No changes other than system updates have been applied. This is a
windows server 2012 and container is Tomcat 9.
The error message is
*FileError:
'http://geonet.se:8080/geonetwork/catalog/lib/style/bootstrap-3.0.1/bootstrap.less
<http://geonet.se:8080/geonetwork/catalog/lib/style/bootstrap-3.0.1/bootstrap.less>'
wasn't found (404)*
The missing file is present, but in this path
*...webapps\geonetwork\catalog\lib\style\bootstrap\less*
Further, I find that the failing path is hard coded in the file
*...\webapps\geonetwork\xslt\ui\error-page.xsl*
So I guess something else is the problem.
The error thrown is

This folder existed a long time ago, but for sure not in 3.10 branch [1].
The new URL was added here [2] and the 3.0.1 one removed here [3]. This was
before the release of GN 3.0.0. I have no idea why GN is requesting these
3.0.1 files on start.

About this, it has been fixed since GN 3.10.3 [4].
So I guess something else is the problem.
