If anyone can help me I appreciate it with the following.
I've loaded the predefined templates that come in the Geonetwork, then
process to create a new metadado, choose the template in this example:
"Template for vector data in ISO19139 (Multilingual)"
When I'm on the screen to enter data, fields that have a drop down list to
choose the options do not load my values. Deputy image.

NOTE: The problem happens for all templates.

Hi, it looks like you don't have any translations for the language "spa".
You should check that you have
https://github.com/geonetwork/core-geonetwork/blob/develop/schemas/iso19139/src/main/plugin/iso19139/loc/spa/codelists.xml
and
https://github.com/geonetwork/core-geonetwork/blob/develop/schemas/iso19139/src/main/plugin/iso19139/loc/spa/labels.xml
in the schema_plugins/iso19139/loc/spa folder.

Thanks for your answer.
I was reviewing the route and I already have the "labels.xml" files and
"codelists.xml"
The continuous problem and I can not see the information in the fields.
OS: Centos 6.5 X64
Geonetwork: 2.10.3
Postgresql-9.3
Tomcat 7.0.55
What else I can do?
