Hi Jerome,
Try to force a rebuild of the Lucene indexing on startup of Geonetwork. Not sure but it may work!
(remove the content of the lucene repository under the /web/WEB-INF/ repository, then restart Tomcat).
Do you have any error message in the log on startup?
