[GeoNetwork-users] problem with downloading files in harvested data

Dear all,

I am using geonetwork 3.2.1. When I harvest data from another geonetwork portal, the download button for files in metadata is enabled even if it is disabled in harvesting node (there is no download privilege). Any Idea about this? for example in:
  https://data.zef.de/geonetwork_zef/apps/search/?east_collapsed=true&s_search=&s_E_any=%20Projected%20Future%20(2070-2099)%3AHigh%20Resolution%20(12km)%20WRF-HADGEM2%20Atmospheric%20Upward%20Wind%20over%20West%20Africa%2C%20(WASCAL%20Project)&s_timeType=true&s_scaleOn=false&s_E_hitsperpage=20

when you open the first data you see that the file for download links are disabled, but when I harvest, these links are enables in my geonetwork portal and when I click the download button I get the http 500:operation not allowed error.

Probably a fix to do client side.
Can you open an issue ?
