We already have a client application to enter spatial data in a PostGIS
database. This application also collects metadata for all spatial data
entered.
Instead of storing the metadata ourselves, we are considering using
geonetwork.
Some questions:
1. Does geonetwork support an API to control import of metadata?
2. If so, how to deal with the data ready for uploading? It looks like
this is not handled in the import of the metadata itself.
