i have a problem to load services from the search into the viewer. maybe
someone know where the problem come from. i think that it has s.th. to do with
the proxy. is there a second proxy definition for the integrated openlayers
viewer?
i tested the harvesting of wms and try to load either a layer or a service
into the viewer, but nothing happens

We have established a intranet-version of GeoNetwork 2.6.0 for testing
purposes. But we are not able to reach any WMS with OpenLayers, if the WMS
is an Internet-WMS. So somewhere there has to be another proxy configuarion
for OpenLayers.
If you address to a WMS for a prefigured map, our OpenLayers viewer is able
to show the map. But if you add the WMS with button-click, it simply won´t
work. Right now, we just hope that this problem might disappear when we put
GeoNetwork 2.6.0 in the Internet. Up to then, we simply use intranet-wms...
And once more in German, so that at least Armin get´s it:
Wenn ich in OpenLayers eine Karte voreinstelle (über das Konfigurationsfile
config-gui.xml), dann kann ich Internet-WMS ansprechen (!), aber wenn ich
auf den Button zum Hinzufügen von WMS klicke oder dort in der Liste einen
vor-einstelle, sehe ich kein Kartenbild. Ich denke, da wurde wieder mal
nicht bedacht, dass es auch relativ verschachtelte Netzwerke gibt, in denen
die Software eingesetzt wird. Haben wir schon einige Male erlebt und es gab
damals keine Lösung dafür. Aber: Diese Kartenansicht ist ja nur ein
marginales Feature
