     Please am interested in Geonetwork, is there anybody who can help
     me on
     how to configure Geonetwork 2.2.0 on centos 5.2
     what i know is that the following are requiremet

        * linux or windows platform
        * java version 6 or higher
        * tomcat 5 or higher
        * mysql 5

     So the problem is coming when i want to remove the default java 1.4.2
     and install version 1.6.0.12 where by the current state of the
     server is
     *java 1.4.2* is shown as the default but i have also installed *java
     1.6.0.12* at /opt/ directory so problem is how to kick off the old
     one and set the later one as the default.

     I have also managed to install tomcat5 and is running so the main
     problem is the java so that i can start installing geonetwork

     Kind
