For the past year and a half I've been committing to the GeoNetwork trunk and BlueNetMEST sandbox under the id of bluenetdevteam. This id was created in the hope that there would be a team committing under this id. This didn't happen and the end result was that I was the only person committing under bluenetdevteam
I'm hoping to propose changes from the BlueNetMEST sandbox and, if approved, commit them to the trunk shortly (this week in fact). To that end, I'd like to request that my committer rights be changed from id bluenetdevteam to id sppigot

Obviously that's ok. I have made the change, so you can commit as sppigot now. Please make a note on the committer WIKI to your name so people understand you used to commit under another name.
