I just started working with geonetwork. And I am in need to retrieve all
the
information available in a table "Comissoes" in MySQL database. How could
I retrieve all the metadata in this table in the
metadata catalog? How could I convert this table in a XML file?

Hi,
There's no straightforward way of doing this, as the structure of the xml
will depend on the schema you want to use for the metadata. We have done
something similar for data from a csv file, using python libraries to
convert each row in the table into an xml file with metadata compliant with
UK Gemini (ISO19139) standard. See this repository on GitHub for the way
that we do it, but it's important to note that you'd need to adapt the
template xml file and the python script to work with your own metadata.
Once you have a folder full of xml files you can use the bulk import
approach to import them into Geonetwork.
