I'm afraid I don't know if or how GeoNetwork exposes that WSDL document, because I do not use CSW. Perhaps someone else knows?

Are you asking for a WSDL document? I'm not sure whether GN publishes
one for its internal services (but I'd love to be wrong). Perhaps you
are looking for WSDL for CSW?

As I know Geonetwork don't publish any WSDL. You can access tho the Capabilities document for CSW service to retrieve the supported operations. The URL is like:
