There appears to be a problem with the popup calendar associated with the
'temporal extent' element of ISO19139 when viewing with IE8 (on XP).
After clicking on the calendar icon the popup calendar is appearing at the
top of the page (need to scroll up to find) instead of immediately next to
the temporal extent element.
