I am testing the RCO available here:

and I am wondering what is the preferred location for reporting issues?
In general, my tests are going well, but I did notice that Firebug is
reporting a few silent errors on loading the new interface. The errors
don't seem to affect the function of the tool for me, but my tests so far
involve just as small number of records.
for the record:
404 Not Found - /geonetwork/apps/tabsearch/theme/default/style.css
403 Forbidden - /geonetwork/srv/eng/admin
As I mentioned these errors are reported by Firebug when the initial tab
search interface page loads.

best would be if you could create tickets in GeoNetwork's trac :
