we have two Geonetwork 2.2 instances running on CentOS+Tomacat6. Now I would like to upgrade to 2.4. Is it enough to just replace all version 2.2 WAR files with the 2.4 files? Or did the database structure change and i need to make a schema upgrade first?
I've found that there are some database changes, particularly in the settings table. Not schema changes, but a fair number of new settings have been added that will mess you up if you don't have them.

Hi Frank,
Did you get any response for this? I'm in a similar position.

Thanks for your help
