We are trying to upgrade an existing version 2.2 GeoNetwork installation to version 2.6.2 and
are enountering problems when importing our old database with the newer version.
I have looked on the GeoNetwork site for documentation for earlier versions to see where the connections
between the software and the database may have been changed, but have not been able to locate
discussions of the changes made in earlier versions.
I'm sure we can do the work if we can find some discussion of the changes.
Any pointer would be appreciated!
thanks,

Hi David, probably 2 options :
1) Try to make a complete SQL migration script for your DB version
([1] is a migration I had to made last week for a 2.4.1 node)
2) Maybe you could use GAST to migrate to 2.4.3 and then move to 2.6.x
GAST also provide migration from iso19115 to 139, if you were using 115.
HTH.
