Dear all,
With a fair amount of proudness I can say that last week the Dutch national geo registry was launched during the GSDI 11 conference. The registry provides access to Dutch base data and services from different government and research agencies as well as companies in The Netherlands and serves as the national SDI and INSPIRE access point.
The registry is based on GeoNetwork opensource v2.2 and will soon be upgraded to v2.4. The system implementation was done for Geonovum, the Dutch responsible agency by a great team of among others Thijs Brentjens, Bart van den Eijnden and a team from GeoCat bv.
