I'm using the brand new 1.6.0 version of geoserver as WMS server, and
when I try to create a layer group for my bunch of layers, something
strange appears...
My layers have a EPSG:32632 (UTM 32N), so when I insert this code into
the group and press "generate" to create my bounding box, the box
values are generated and looks correct, but the code is changed to
EPSG:4326 (the default value).
But the very strange thing is that the code 32632 is inserted in
another layer group!
And finally, when i try to save the config a IndexOutOfBoundsException appears.
I'm trying to open an issue on Jira, but the website looks down at
this time (http:geoserver.org)… any suggestion for my problem?

Hum, funny, I just tried with the data you sent me. The layer
group was added as the last one of course. And... it worked with no
issues. I guess to reproduce it I'll need some more step by step
information on how you generated the issue.
Cheers

I've reproduced the problem in two machines, and in the second machine
the services xml was destroyed (but this depends to a mistake by me,
I've closed geoserver without saving or restore the correct session
via a reset). Monday I try some other tests, then I could try to open
a issue

Sure thing. I just need the exact steps to reproduce the issue.

I've tried from scratch and all works well using this procedure.
- Create a new layer group.
- Set layers and styles
- Insert EPSG 32632 and press generate => bbox is ok but EPSG is set to 4326
- Change EPSG again
- Press submit
Make another group.
Maybe in the past tests I make some wrong actions, like create
multiple groups and press submit at the end of all steps, instead of
after each group.
In any case all works well using this procedure.
Thanks for support
