Thanks Justin.
I just checked and your change does allow the script to get out if bed in
the morning, the build looks like it deploys correctly. However step to tag
in GitHub failed ( as the tag already exists from a previous attempt ).
Right... the script needs some logic for handling the case of tag already
existing. I will delete it manually and push the one on the server.
With that I think we can call this release published minus going into
sourceforge and setting all teh os flags for all the artifacts.

I think it is all good. Actually it caused me to find a bug in the release
scripts. Build with right version number is queued up as we speak,
hopefully it will go through with success.

I have a couple more hours today if I can be helpful.
I am going to feel stupid if it was me making a typo ( twice! ).

Hmmm... just seen that Jody did not manage to publish the release, there
was
a failure in th publish script, and he wrote on IRC that he's going to
be off the net
for the next two days.
This is bad...
Looks to me like a simple error. The release is "2.3-beta1" but the
release publish job specifies "2.3-beta". I'll fire it off again.
Cheers
