[Geoserver-devel] 9.0-RC1 and 2.3-RC1 releases

Hi folks,

Excuse the cross post but i am point for this months release, GeoTools 9.0-RC1 and GeoServer 2.3-RC1.

Just a heads up that the releases are scheduled for tomorrow (21st) (in my time zone anyways) but I was planning on pushing it back until Friday, hopefully that is not an issue for anyone.
