Hi,
I was looking at http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-3975,
which complains that the native srs in the layer page seems editable
while it's not.
I've rolled a little css change that makes it more evident when a text field
is not editable, attached patch and the resulting look.
Does this look right? I'm no css/cross browser/style expert so I'm asking
for feedback before committing
