Hi,
we have this simple pull request that has been sitting there for a while, about adding a “opaque” flag
support in the capabilities document:

The patch seems to be rather straightforward, was planning to test it and merge it to trunk.
However, since it changes the LayerInfo interface, I though it would have been good to run it
on the dev list first

Seems like a good patch to me. I guess if the plan is to backport we will have to the format options equivalent on the stable branch?
