GeoTools was likely built with git, the svn revision plugin
could not find the svn revision as a result, thus returned -1
The build server uses svn so it does not incur in the same problem

Actually in this case it was not… gt was built from svn and the svn tag so not sure why the svn info did not get populated… i will try to investigate.
