[Geoserver-devel] App-schema tests failing with OpenJDK8 after my commit

Hi,

The GeoServer master build for OpenJDK8 is failing:
http://build.geo-solutions.it/jenkins/job/GeoServer-Master-OpenJDK8/1164/

This builds fails on GeoServer app-schema test:

Tests run: 27, Failures: 1, Errors: 0, Skipped: 2, Time elapsed: 6.048 sec <<< FAILURE!
testDescribeFeatureTypeNoTypes(org.geoserver.test.FeatureChainingWfsTest) Time elapsed: 7 sec <<< FAILURE!
java.lang.AssertionError: expected:<2> but was:<3>

I have made two PR that were merged that change app-schema behavior:

My problem now is that I’m not able to reproduce this locally :frowning:

I’m using OpenJDK8 version 1.8.0_111, and build with:

  • mvn clean install -Dapp-schema.joining=true -DtestDatabase=postgis -Papp-schema

  • mvn clean install -Papp-schema

Is anyone else using OpenJDK and having problems with this ?

Regards,

Nuno Oliveira

Nuno,

full GeoTools and GeoServer builds + app-schema online tests work fine for me under OpenJDK 8.

Kind regards,
Ben.
