Any objections to backporting GEOS-5826 to 2.3.x?

The patch adds a request property to freemarker templates used by WMS GetFeatureInfo in HTML format. The request property contains all the parsed request parameters.

None here, but we should wait for 2.3.3 to be out, we're too close to the
release to backport
new features (the 15 days before the release can only get bug fixes)
