Travis is used exclusively to vet pull requests, it's not authoritative in
terms of full build.
In other words, nobody can be compelled to act, not even if the master
build broke.
The only official servers are these two:

specific intermittent failures)
We have had requests to get the build on the stable series as well, and I
think we can have it
starting from September, when the current master becomes stable. The thing
is, I'm not sure
all the changes I had to make to have Travis build reliably landed on 2.7.x
too, and I have
no time to devote to it (it was fully a spare time gig, and right now my
spare time is busy trying to upgrade
the CITE engine).
I'm getting these test failures running against 2.7.x@anonymised.com on OSX:

Ah, OSX... we don't have a build server for that platform, there are known
failures in GeoTools too.
I did ask a few months ago for a OSX builder on Travis, and they told me
we're in waiting list, but those
things are rare and expensive, who knows when we'll get one.
If anybody could offer a shared OSX machine with Jenkins on top, to make a
third official
build server, that would be great indeed, several of us have no access
whatsoever to the
OSX world.
