after your most recent ResourceStore changes, we see a failure in
FileWrapperResourceTheoryTest.theoryAddingFileToDirectoryAddsResource on
Windows.

It looks like a fully qualified filename starting with with C:\Windows
is being appended to another filename. What should happen?
