[Geoserver-devel] Calling PSC for vote on "GSIP 42, official testing team"

Hi,
GSIP 42 seems ready to go, I've incorporated latest feedback
from Jody about bug status handling (resolved vs closed).
There were no other feedbacks in the discussion thread.

So I'm calling up the PSC for voting on the GSIP
(of course everyone else is welcomed to express an opinion too)

Here is my +1.
