We don't test against WebLogic, so it does not come as a surprise
things may not work.
Still, we have had some users that did provide a patch to make it
run on WebLogic 8.1 here: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-711
Also, we had these suggestions on a wiki page that you can try out:

Jason (is this your name?), if this is not enough and you come up with any patch to make Geoserver run on Weblogic 9.2 we would accept them gladly.
