No, none have been made, and it's probably not a trivial amount of work.
I'd be happy to help you out where possible, as it's something I'd
like to see done (and would love to use it to debug arcsde more). But
I really know close to nothing about arcsde, what those scripts would
even look like. Like does it depend on the backend format? Or is
there a scripting language for inserting through arcsde? Is it sql, or
something else? Is there a client app I can use to connect and insert
stuff? Basically I probably know less than you about getting arcsde
working, but I do know a good bit about getting the cite tests to work.
