Warning that we are trying a preflight test of cloud repo on ares (so expect some build warnings as jobs are canceled).

Status:
We’ve been hammering away running builds and we’ve overcome an authentication issue.We successfully configured the build for geotools on ares
- it can deploy snapshots to the new Artifcatory maven repo.
I’ve restored the build for geotools so that build steps are in the correct order and trigger a build.

geoserver master finished up on ares. So it looks like this test is passed, we will update the DNS tomorrow.
