I would like to ask that GeoCat be listed as a core contributor on the commercial support page, I believe we have met the requirements.

gut feeling I think GeoCat does indeed. I was wondering though, what are exactly the requirements? Do we have them documented?
From the support page, we have a description that is probably what we’re after.
“The organizations listed here are recognized as being closest to the core development of GeoServer, and as such are usually the best to go to for support. They are close enough to the codebase to know what is possible, and to ensure that any improvement to be made to GeoServer gets done in the right way. This can minimize your risk greatly.”

Yeah I was taking that description as the requirement: If I was to write it up I would check for an organization that is demonstrating ongoing commitment to the project well-being.
Looking at our three levels:
- Core: Some evidence of a sustained hands-on commitment, ideally being a module maintainer, or helping out with releases consistently.
- Experienced: A history of pull requests at a minimum, ideally a run through the idea / proposal / pr + docs, on behalf of their customers.
- Additional services: Willing to accept your money
