GeoTools 2.1 supports Community Schema allowing schema transformation.
Can anyone tell me if GeoServer 1.3-beta3 support this feature? Thanks!

It does? What do you mean by that? And what classes are you looking
at? Or do you mean this:

No. Rob Atkinson at Social Change Online lead the work on this front,
it's available on the complex_sco branch of GeoServer . They're
gathering some funding to hopefully get the stuff architected right and
in GeoServer and GeoTools. If you're interested and able to help out
with developer time, funding, or use cases we're looking right now to
pull things together to get it done, as it'd be a great capability for
geotools/geoserver, but it's far from a trivial amount of work.
