this one is because I've updated 1.5.x to point to geotools 2.3.6-SNAPSHOT so
for those of us working on it, it does not screw up with the geoserver 1.5.4
release. Yet the geotools 2.3.6-SNAPSHOT jars did not finished being uploaded
to the repository.
