This is a “PSC” kind of topic but we may as well have the conversation on the devel list.
Last year we got the code contribution agreement[1] fixed up to say OpenPlans (rather than Open Planning Project). A couple weeks ago I got a list of the contribution agreements “on file” … and there were a lot missing.
I can think of a couple ways of proceeding, but first wanted to ask for ideas.

I contacted OpenPlans and got their list of contributor agreements on file. The list was not as long as I expected, and did not match out list of contributors on github.

Yes, that I understand, but before that some other people managed it, at
some point I believe Chris was doing it for example
(at least, that's who I gave my signed agreement back then)

Maybe we can ask Chris then … I kind of don’t want to spend too much time hunting things down if they cannot be found. We already considered getting new documents signed with the organisation changed names, this would just encourage us to do so.
I also considered switching to the “apache” style agreements we used for GeoTools which I found easier to understand.
