I notice that http://gridlock.opengeo.org/geoserver/2.1.x/community-latest/ and http://gridlock.opengeo.org/geoserver/trunk/community-latest/ no longer include download links to the CSS community module. Can anyone give me a clue why it has disappeared? As it stands the CSS tutorial in the manual points to a file listing which doesn’t include the module.

Its release descriptor is currently commented out. I think this was because at one point it was not building properly. Looks like it is still enabled in the profile though.

Search for “ext-css.xml”. Please reenable if the module is good to go.

The CSS module builds fine for me locally so I have re-enabled it. Thanks for the pointer. I’m kicking off and watching a hudson build to make sure things work there as well.
