[Geoserver-devel] Daylight saving time + IRC meeting

Daylight saving time goes into effect this weekend (in the US) and in a few weeks (in Europe). Since our weekly IRC meeting time is pegged to UTC, but we normally like to keep our meeting at the same nominal time each week, we would like to eventually move the meeting from 17:00 UTC to 16:00 UTC. So do we move the meeting time next week (so as to keep the same time for US folks), or move the time at the end of March (so as to keep the same time for European folks). I suggest that we follow US DST, as it will temporarily make the meeting a little earlier in the day for Europeans.

This is a minor point, but worth mentioning. I'll edit the wiki with whatever we decide.

One hour earlier for one month works for me
