[Geoserver-devel] Developer doc updates (quickstart, JNDI)

Justin,

I updated the Eclipse part of the developer manual to explain the use of JNDI in Jetty, and migrated parts to describe trunk:
http://docs.geoserver.org/trunk/developer/eclipse-guide/index.html

I also added a bit more trunk support to the quickstart (module and package names have changed):
http://docs.geoserver.org/trunk/developer/quickstart/index.html

Kind regards,

Sweet, thanks Ben. I see you also fixed some of my terrible spelling mistakes

There was just one. And if we start another en-CA/en-US/en-GB/en-AU spelling dictionary war we will regret it.
