[Geoserver-devel] Directory data store in, please test

Hi,
so today I've merged the directory data store into GeoServer,
as a core dependency, following:
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-2288

I also made changes to the release directory so that it's used
for tasmania and nyc shapefiles, in order to make sure it
gets some exposure before we release it.

Please test it out. All you have to do is to point it to
a folder containing shapefiles and it should present you
with a list of feature types, one per shapefile contained.
This should ease up the configuration a bit, and open a way
easier config mode for files when we deal with batch
addition of multiple feature types in trunk (think pointing
GeoServer to a directory of shapefiles and just press "add all"
to have all configured with a default style... oh nirvana!).

Cheers
Andrea

I tried it now on a bunch of shapefiles, and it appears to work great
