I sent a email earlier which is pasted below.. I was under the mistaken
assumption that everything (WFS-T, WMS, client) is integrated into one
piece of software, geoserver...
But it turns out we have to have a client to modify changes to the
PostGIS backend. Can this be made clear in the docs someplace? You can
draw a scenario and give recommendations to new people. It would help
if we had a picture up there.
1) Geoserver as WFS-T with UMinn Mapserver as WMS.
2) Geoserver as WFS-T with in built WMS.
3) Geoserver as WFS-T with uDig as client.
etc..
I will be a posting a question to the uDig forum, and I will cc it to
you guys as a FYI.
Sorry for the confusion.

Subject: Re: possible bug? Missing serializer.jar in RC2?
I am looking for help from you guys to further convince the people at
work... Does anybody have a full fledged system up and running which
they are willing to open up for a small window of time sometime next
week? Or do you know of people who are freely hosting such sites? The
main site just lists people who are using it, no links to actual sites.
