Hello List,
I was wondering about the Hudson/Jenkins job at http://hudson.opengeo.org/hudson/job/geoserver-trunk-deploy/ whether the job deploys the resulting war into a tomcat container and what the URL for the context would look like.
Is there any deployment out there which presents the current state of trunk or even for the active branches like 2.1.x? Would it be possible to log in withe the default admin/geoserver combination to see all pages?
Thanks a lot

There is no such a thing:
- the deploy build deploys the GeoServer jars to a maven repository
- the nightly build builds a full GeoServer once a day and stores the
results here:
http://gridlock.opengeo.org/geoserver/
You can grab the .war there and deploy it wherever you want.
I'm not aware of anyone keeping a daily GeoServer build deployed online
Cheers
