Hi all,
I came across an article recently about with tomcat7 it being quite easy to run embedded tomcat the same way we run embedded jetty. I figured having the option to run tomcat in the devel environment would be a good thing to have. Especially since most people run tomcat in production rather than jetty. As well it would hopefully give us an easier way to debug tomcat specific issues.
So I whipped up a patch to do this. Works well in my environment but i have by no means tested it exhaustively.
Let me know what y’all think.

Did not have time to try it out but I like the idea, and the patch is
small and clean
